Yes. You get a 14-day free trial on your own Stakkd account, usually ready within 30 minutes of confirming your email. Bring your team. No card needed.

Does it work with QuickBooks or Xero?

Yes, on every plan. Clients, invoices, credit notes and payments go across automatically, and payments you record in your accounts come back and mark the invoice paid. No double entry.

What counts as a user?

Anyone on your team who signs in, office or field. You pay per user, monthly, and can add or remove users at any time from your Stakkd account. Core has no minimum and goes up to 5 users. Pro and Elite start at 3 users with no upper limit.

Do prices include VAT?

No. Prices are shown without VAT. Where VAT applies, it is added at the UK standard rate on your invoice.

How do we pay?

Monthly, per user, by card. No setup fee. Cancel when you like and you keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for.

Is there a launch offer?

Sometimes. When there is one, this page shows it: a percentage off every invoice for your first few months, for businesses that subscribe by a set date. It is applied automatically when you subscribe, once per business. When it ends you pay the full price from your next invoice, and we email you about 14 days before.

Question 7

Can my customers pay me through Stakkd?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Switch on payments in your Stakkd app and your customers can pay your invoices online by card, or by Pay by Bank where it is switched on for your account. Payments go through Stripe to your bank account, and Stripe takes its processing fee. Stakkd’s own fee is 0% today. If we ever add one, it will apply to card payments only and we will tell you in advance. The payments terms have the details.

Can we change plan later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Move between Core, Pro and Elite or change users from your Stakkd account. Upgrades start straight away and you only pay the difference. Downgrades start at your next renewal. For Enterprise, talk to us.

Question 9

What is Enterprise?

Accepted Answer

Everything in Elite, with priority support and terms to suit a bigger business. Users, storage and price are agreed with you, so get in touch for a quote.

Question 10

What happens to our data if we leave?

Accepted Answer

It’s yours. Export it as CSV and PDF at any time, and for 30 days after your subscription ends. After that, your account and its data are deleted.
