Done at the job
Photos, checklists and the customer’s signature go on the job while the engineer is still there. The signed job sheet can go to the customer by email before they drive off.
Certificates before they leave
On Pro and above, CP12s, EICRs and the rest are filled in and signed on the phone, so they are finished when the job is.
