What you get
Real labour and material costs
On Pro and above, labour is costed from timesheets at each engineer’s own rate, with overtime, and materials from received purchase orders. Add subcontractor costs and an overhead percentage if you use one.
Quoted against actual
The estimate comes from the accepted quote, so you can see where a job ran over. Before you send a quote, its projected margin is already showing.
Told when a job slips
Set a margin you’re happy with and Stakkd flags any job that falls below it. The Job Profit report groups margin by customer, engineer or job type.
